CHINESE NEW YEAR

To honour this Chinese New Year I will be doing a special Release + Align Group Session 

This will be the year of the wood snake, the snake represents wisdom and transformation.  It's the shedding of a skin.  Sometimes when that happens we can feel a bit raw, yet it is necessary to pave the way for the new to begin.

The wood element adds an element of creativity and innovation, and there should be lots of opportunities to expand and grow in 2025.   

Numerogically it's also a 9 year which represents completions and evolution.  

I encourage you to embrace change this year, whether it be renewing where you are currently are, or to seek out creative opportunities and to develop new skills whether it be in your work or personal life. 

This session will embrace the beginning of 2025, to release and align with where you are heading in the year ahead.

The session is approximately 60mins and creates powerful energetic shifts.

This is for anyone who would like to up-level to their dreams, and clear anything that is in the way of that.

Whether you have 1:1 sessions with me, or like the idea of a supportive group space for your own healing, this gives you an avenue to explore your wellbeing and to keep your mindset at an optimum.

It also brings you into community with like-minded people who are having many of the same experiences that you are and want to seek the best in themselves.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

I use the tools of muscle testing, kinesiology and energy healing on behalf of the group, and we work on what comes up for all of you.  

At the start of the session, you will begin to understand the general theme and tap into what you want to release.

Then we align you to what you want to bring in.

Even though it’s a group session you still tap into what is going on for you on a personal level, so your experience will be unique to you.
